What sets the practice apart
The scope. The registration covers property, businesses, company shares and damages (heading C.18, sub-headings 1 to 4). That is the real shape of a business owner’s divorce, an inheritance with an SCI or a commercial eviction: one report, consistent from start to finish.
The dual background. Nine years in a notarial office and training as a lawyer and financier: deeds, inheritance and gift taxation, bank financing and reading a balance sheet are part of the daily work, not just square metres.
The data. Beyond the French DVF land registry data and notarial databases, I have built my own collection and analysis tools: a recalibrated hedonic model, valuation under the EVS 2025 methods, multi-tenant DCF, hotel methods. They serve to find and document the comparables that public databases do not show.
The writing. More than fifty articles on case law and valuation methods, published on this site and kept up to date, in French and in English. What I write, I apply in my reports.
The English-speaking client. Three and a half years working in English in Ireland, and regular assignments for foreign owners of French property: the report is written so that a solicitor, an accountant or a judge outside France can follow it, with the French legal terms explained rather than hidden.
The tone. Direct. A report is not there to please the client. If the value you hope for cannot be demonstrated, I tell you before we start.
