Status of court expert
Erwan BARGAIN has been registered since 2019 on the list of court experts of the RENNES Court of Appeal, heading C.18 Property valuation (law no. 71-498 of 29 June 1971, decree no. 2004-1463 of 23 December 2004, order of 5 December 2022 on the nomenclature). The French title “expert près la Cour d’appel de RENNES” is used in accordance with article 3 of the law of 29 June 1971, followed by the speciality. The English wording on this site is a translation provided for convenience; the French title is the official one.

The contact form is processed by a function of the site, hosted by Vercel, which forwards your request by email to the practice from its own mailbox and sends you an acknowledgement; no third-party provider keeps your answers. The information you send is used only to answer your request and prepare a quote. It is neither shared nor used for any other purpose, and is kept for three years after the last contact. You may request access, rectification or deletion at contactbargain-expertise.fr. Professional secrecy covers all information received in the course of an assignment (Charte de l’expertise en évaluation immobilière, Title I, §4.1.8).
