C.18.1
Know the market value of your French property, with a report that holds up
House, flat, building, land, commercial premises or business property in France: a reasoned market value for an inheritance, a divorce, a gift, a tax audit or a dispute.

Setting, challenging or uncapping the rent of a French commercial lease
Renewal, three-yearly review, release from the rent cap (déplafonnement), rent between a company and its owner's SCI, occupation indemnity: the market rent demonstrated, for landlords, tenants and lawyers.

Challenging or justifying eviction compensation under a French lease
Refusal to renew a commercial lease (articles L. 145-14 and following of the French Commercial Code): quantifying the principal compensation and the ancillary heads of loss, for the landlord or the tenant, before or during the trial.

Valuing a French business, SCI shares or company shares
Sale, contribution, transfer to the next generation, divorce of a business owner, withdrawal of a shareholder (article 1843-4 of the French Civil Code), wealth tax or tax audit: the value of the business, of the shares and of property-rich company interests.

Neighbouring construction, loss of view or sunlight, nuisance, hidden defect, floor area error, late delivery, professional negligence: the loss of value and the loss of enjoyment quantified, for the claimant and for the defence.

Fair compensation for compulsory purchase or a contested pre-emption price
Declaration of public utility, partial taking, urban or SAFER (French rural land agency) pre-emption, damage from public works: the principal compensation, the reinvestment allowance and the ancillary heads assessed before the expropriation judge.
