Expert registered with the RENNES Court of Appeal
Property, businesses, company shares, loss of value: a demonstrated value, a report anyone can check.
- Expert registered with the RENNES Court of Appeal
- Charte de l’expertise 2025
- EVS 2025 TEGOVA

A value only makes sense if it can be demonstrated. Every comparable is identified, every assumption is written down, every calculation can be redone by whoever reads the report.
Independence
Fees never linked to the value of the property (Charte de l’expertise, Title I, §2.1), no estate agency, no property management. Conflicts of interest checked before every assignment (Charte, §4.1.3).
Full scope
Registered for tangible and intangible property, shares in property-holding companies and property damages: one report for the building, the business, the shares and the loss when a case mixes them.

Find out moreWho you are
An inheritance, a divorce, a lease, a dispute: each situation has its report
Private client, lawyer, notaire, business, court or institution: each page starts from your situation and tells you which report answers it, under which legal framework and at what price.
Private clients
You do not need to know the vocabulary of valuation. Describe your situation and I will tell you which report you need, in what time and at what price.
See the pageLawyers and notaires
You bring the cases with the highest stakes and you need deadlines that are met, a report built for the proceedings and an expert available for what follows: joint meeting, written observations, hearing.
See the pageBusinesses
Your professional assets are spread between premises, a business, a lease and often an SCI (French property-holding company). I value them together, with the consistency that the bank, the tax authorities and the court expect.
See the pageInstitutions
Your needs are dictated by a framework: mortgage security, five-yearly valuation, net asset value, State valuation office opinion, declaration of public utility. The report respects that framework, under the European Valuation Standards 2025 and the Charte de l'expertise.
